- ELCA Youth Gathering Information Session

There is an ELCA Youth Gathering interest meeting on Sunday, Sept. 20th at 1:30 PM at Faith. The 2027 Youth Gathering will be held next summer, June 29-July 2nd in Minneapolis, MN, for young people in grades 8-12. Come to learn more about this youth trip and our plan for fundraising alongside our confirmation partner congregations (Resurrection, Peace, and Holy Trinity).
Every three years, thousands of high schoolers and their adult leaders from across the ELCA come together for the ELCA Youth Gathering. It’s not just an event but a movement in which faith ignites and community comes alive. Through inspiring speakers, experiential learning and transformative connections, young people experience the church in bold, unforgettable ways. Each night, participants share a unique faith experience through high-energy worship and powerful storytelling. The Gathering is an opportunity to ask big questions, grow in faith and be part of something bigger than yourself. Are you ready to join the movement?

- Healthy Youth Relationships Workshop

Have you ever wondered what is the best way to connect with your child about healthy relationships? Where do you even begin? What should you say — and where can you turn for help? We’ve got you covered! Join the Doorways Prevention Team on Sunday, Sept. 13th at 3 PM as we work together to help guide families through what can prove to be some of life’s most challenging — and most important — conversations.
Whether you’re parenting a toddler or a teenager, this session will explore how to effectively talk with your children about healthy friendships and relationships through all ages and stages. Don’t miss this opportunity to gain practical tools and confidence as you support your child’s journey. This workshop is following the first confirmation class of the year. All confirmation families are invited to stay, as it will be geared toward teens. However, this beneficial workshop is open to the whole congregation!
- Summer Giving

You might be going away for the summer, but Faith’s ministries won’t! Before you head out of town, consider setting up online, regular and recurring donations to Faith. This way you’ll keep putting your faith into action and creating financial stability. It’s as simple as downloading the Faith app (if you haven’t already!) where you can find our Pushpay online giving platform or use the QR code or link below and click on “set up recurring.” Your gifts are greatly appreciated and go a long way to helping us with our mission of being rooted and reaching out in love.
